Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that websites may place on a user's device when the website is accessed. Depending on their purpose, cookies can be used to enable essential functions, remember preferences, measure website performance or provide other functionality.

Similar technologies, such as browser session storage or locally stored identifiers, may also be used where necessary for the operation, security or functionality of a website.

2. How ONLY4 Uses Cookies

ONLY4 records advertising clicks through its internal server-side statistics system. This mechanism does not require cookies or browser storage. ShinyStat is also used as an external analytics service to measure website traffic.

ONLY4 also uses the following third-party analytics services:

ShinyStat: used to measure website traffic and visitor activity. Depending on its configuration, the service may use analytics cookies or similar identifiers. ShinyStat states that IP addresses are anonymised according to its published procedures.

The names and values of individual cookies may vary according to the service configuration and browser. Their purposes and applicable retention periods depend on the technologies actually installed.

3. Strictly Necessary Technologies

ONLY4 may use technical cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to provide functions explicitly requested by the user, maintain a session or protect the website.

The PHP session cookie, named PHPSESSID when set, may be used to maintain server-side session information during navigation. Its use and duration depend on the relevant server configuration and the functions being accessed.

Strictly necessary technologies may be used without prior consent where permitted by applicable law. Technologies used for other purposes are subject to the applicable consent requirements.

4. Website Analytics

ONLY4 uses internal statistics and third-party analytics services to measure general website activity.

Internal statistics

ONLY4 records clicks on advertising banners and associated website links through its own server-side statistics system. These events are recorded on the server and stored as internal statistical data. The tracking mechanism currently implemented does not require cookies or browser storage.

ShinyStat

ShinyStat provides website analytics to measure website traffic and visitor activity. Depending on its configuration, its technologies may use analytics cookies or similar identifiers. Further information about the data processed and its anonymisation procedures is available in ShinyStat's published documentation.

Further information is available in the ShinyStat privacy and cookie information and its IP anonymisation documentation.

ONLY4 uses this service to understand general website traffic and does not intentionally use them to create advertising profiles or conduct behavioural advertising.

Where required by applicable law, non-essential analytics technologies will be used only after the user's consent has been obtained.

5. Third-Party Services

ONLY4 may contain links to or interactions with third-party services, including payment providers and external websites.

Third-party services used by ONLY4 may set cookies or use similar technologies when their scripts or features are loaded. These services operate according to their own policies and technical configurations.

For information about the analytics services currently used by ONLY4, please consult:

ShinyStat privacy and cookie information

ONLY4 does not directly control the independent technical operations of these providers.

6. Payment Services

Payments for ONLY4 positions may be processed through external payment providers, such as PayPal.

When a user is redirected to or interacts directly with a third-party payment service, that provider may place or read cookies or use similar technologies according to its own policies.

ONLY4 does not directly control cookies or similar technologies used by independent payment providers.

7. Managing Cookies

Users can manage or delete cookies through their browser settings. Browser settings may also allow users to block cookies from specific websites or third-party services.

Blocking or deleting cookies may affect session management, payment functions or other website features. Browser settings alone may not prevent all forms of data collection through scripts or other technologies.

Where applicable, users may also exercise the opt-out options provided by third-party analytics services. For ShinyStat, information is available through its opt-out page.

8. Consent

Where applicable law requires consent for analytics cookies or other non-essential tracking technologies, such technologies must not be activated before valid consent has been obtained.

Strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies may be used without prior consent where permitted by applicable law.

Users must be able to make an informed choice where consent is required. The information provided in this Cookie Policy does not, by itself, constitute a consent mechanism.

9. International Users

Visitors from different jurisdictions may be subject to different cookie and privacy requirements. ONLY4 will apply the requirements that are applicable to the relevant processing activities and users.

10. Personal Data and Cookies

Cookies and similar technologies may involve the processing of personal data, including online identifiers and technical information. Such processing is governed by the ONLY4 Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

The fact that an analytics service describes its statistics as anonymous does not automatically mean that every identifier or every stage of processing is anonymous. The applicable safeguards and consent requirements depend on the actual technologies and processing activities.

11. Changes to This Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the ONLY4 website, technologies used, third-party services or applicable legislation.

Terms & Conditions

1. About ONLY4

ONLY4 is an online advertising platform that allows companies and businesses to purchase advertising space made up of individual bricks within fixed category pages.

Each category consists of a single page with a fixed capacity of 1,600 bricks. No additional bricks or pages can be added to a category.

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of ONLY4, the purchase and display of advertising space, the submission of advertising materials, and the related services provided through the website.

By submitting an order or completing a payment, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions and to any additional conditions clearly presented before the purchase is completed.

2. Advertising Space and Purchases

Each brick currently costs USD 10. ONLY4 may change the price of bricks for future purchases. The applicable price will be displayed before the customer completes an order.

The minimum purchase is 4 bricks. Purchases must consist of an even number of bricks, in increments of at least 2, up to the maximum capacity of 1,600 bricks per category. Permitted quantities therefore include 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and subsequent even numbers up to 1,600.

Customers may select an available position within the category grid and choose the shape of their advertising banner by selecting the number of bricks forming its base, subject to the available space and the selection rules displayed on the relevant page.

The availability of a particular position or banner shape is not guaranteed until the order has been successfully completed and the advertising space has been assigned.

An advertising space becomes active after the payment has been successfully confirmed and the corresponding banner has been processed for publication.

The customer is responsible for checking the selected quantity, position, banner configuration, submitted information and total price before completing the purchase.

3. Category Capacity and Space Reorganisation

Each category has a fixed capacity of 1,600 bricks. The available space is limited, and purchases are subject to the remaining capacity of the relevant category.

Due to the shape and arrangement of purchased advertising spaces, small unused areas may remain between banners. Where necessary, ONLY4 reserves the right to reorganise unpurchased and unassigned bricks, including moving or combining such remaining areas, to make otherwise unusable space available for other customers, or by moving existing banners by a few bricks, without altering their size or visibility.

Such reorganisation is intended to improve the use of the available category space. It does not give ONLY4 the right to alter a customer's purchased advertising area arbitrarily or to remove an active advertisement without a valid reason under these Terms & Conditions or applicable law.

All purchases remain subject to the fixed capacity of the relevant category and the technical and layout restrictions of the platform.

4. Company Information and Advertising Materials

Customers may be required to provide information such as a company or business name, website, email address, description, logo, banner configuration and other information needed to create and display the advertisement.

Customers confirm that all information supplied to ONLY4 is accurate, current and not misleading. Customers must have all rights, permissions and authorisations necessary to submit and publish their company names, logos, images, descriptions, website links and other materials.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the advertised website and the content associated with their advertisement comply with applicable laws and do not infringe the rights of third parties.

ONLY4 may refuse or request corrections to information or materials that are incomplete, inaccurate, unlawful, misleading or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions.

5. Public Display and Advertising Banners

Once activated, an advertisement may be displayed publicly within its selected category and in other areas of ONLY4 where the relevant advertising information is presented.

When a visitor clicks an advertising banner, the banner may open an expanded view containing the company logo, description, email address, website and a call-to-action button linking to the website declared by the customer.

The customer authorises ONLY4 to display the submitted advertising materials and the associated company information for the purpose of providing the advertising service.

Email addresses and other information intended for administrative or communication purposes will not be displayed publicly unless their publication is part of the information submitted for the advertisement or is otherwise clearly indicated.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the information they submit and for ensuring that any information intended for public display is suitable for publication.

6. Advertising Duration and Expiration

Unless a specific promotional condition states otherwise, an advertising space remains active for 12 months from the date on which the advertisement is activated following confirmation of payment.

As a launch-period exception, advertisements activated between October 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026 will expire on December 31, 2027, regardless of their individual activation date.

At the end of the applicable advertising period, the advertisement may be deactivated and removed from public display unless the customer explicitly renews the service under the conditions and prices then offered by ONLY4.

Advertising services do not renew automatically. No recurring payment will be charged for an expired advertising space unless the customer separately and expressly agrees to a new purchase or renewal.

Customers are responsible for renewing their advertising space before expiration if they wish to continue using the service.

7. Click Tracking and Rankings

ONLY4 records clicks on advertising banners as part of its advertising statistics.

ONLY4 may display category rankings based on the number of bricks purchased and the number of clicks received by advertisements. The leading four advertisers in each category may be highlighted according to these measurements.

ONLY4 may also display an overall ranking across categories, where such a feature is available.

Rankings and click counts reflect the data recorded by the platform and the ranking criteria applied by ONLY4. They are provided for informational and promotional purposes and do not constitute an independent assessment, endorsement or verification of an advertised business.

A ranking position or click count may change as new purchases are made or additional clicks are recorded. ONLY4 does not guarantee any particular ranking, number of clicks, website visits, leads, customers, sales, revenue or other commercial outcome.

Click statistics may be affected by technical limitations, automated traffic, accidental clicks, measurement errors or other factors. ONLY4 does not guarantee that click counts represent unique visitors or potential customers.

8. Payments

The applicable price and total amount payable will be displayed before the customer completes the purchase.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including PayPal. The payment provider's own terms, privacy policy and applicable conditions may also apply to the payment transaction.

ONLY4 does not directly store complete payment-card details on its servers where those details are handled by the third-party payment provider.

An order is considered paid only when the payment has been successfully confirmed. An unsuccessful, cancelled, reversed or pending payment does not entitle the customer to publication of the advertisement.

Customers must provide accurate billing information and any information required to process the transaction or issue applicable billing documents.

9. Cancellations, Removal Requests and Refunds

Customers may request the removal of their advertisement before the end of the advertising period by contacting ONLY4 using the contact details provided in these Terms & Conditions.

A voluntary request to remove an advertisement does not, by itself, entitle the customer to a refund for the unused portion of the advertising period.

Payments are not refundable merely because a customer changes their mind, requests early removal, receives fewer clicks than expected, does not achieve the desired commercial results, or is dissatisfied with the ranking or performance of the advertisement.

Where an advertisement is removed because the customer has violated these Terms & Conditions or applicable law, the removal does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any mandatory rights to cancellation, withdrawal, a price reduction, a refund or another remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Where applicable law grants a right of withdrawal for a distance contract, any request for immediate performance and any acknowledgement concerning the loss of that right will be presented separately at checkout where required by law. These Terms alone do not replace any legally required consent or acknowledgement.

If ONLY4 permanently discontinues the advertising service before the end of a customer's paid advertising period, the situation will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any mandatory remedies available to the customer.

10. Prohibited Content and Use

Customers may not use ONLY4 to advertise, publish or promote content that is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, malicious, defamatory, threatening, hateful, abusive or otherwise unlawful.

Advertisements may not contain or direct visitors to malware, phishing pages, scams, harmful downloads, counterfeit products or other content intended to deceive, exploit or harm visitors.

Customers may not submit materials that infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights or other rights belonging to third parties.

ONLY4 may refuse advertisements promoting products or services that are prohibited by applicable law or that create an unreasonable legal, security or reputational risk for the platform or its users.

Customers may not manipulate click statistics, interfere with the operation or security of ONLY4, attempt to access unauthorised systems, or engage in other activity intended to compromise the platform or its advertising statistics.

ONLY4 reserves the right to reject or remove advertisements and related content that violate these Terms & Conditions or applicable law.

11. Removal, Suspension and Modification of Advertisements

ONLY4 may refuse, suspend, hide, modify or remove an advertisement where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms & Conditions, comply with applicable law, address security concerns, correct technical errors, protect third-party rights or prevent abuse.

Where appropriate, ONLY4 may contact the customer using the email address provided with the relevant purchase.

ONLY4 may request additional information or documentation where necessary to verify the customer's authority to advertise a business, the accuracy of submitted information or the rights associated with submitted materials.

Removal or suspension for a valid reason under these Terms & Conditions does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund, without prejudice to any mandatory rights under applicable law.

12. Third-Party Websites and No Endorsement

Advertisements displayed on ONLY4 may link to websites operated by third parties. Those websites are independent of ONLY4 and are subject to their own terms, privacy policies and practices.

ONLY4 does not control or guarantee the content, security, availability, accuracy, products or services offered by third-party websites.

The display of an advertisement does not constitute an endorsement, certification, recommendation or guarantee by ONLY4 of the advertised company, website, product or service.

Customers are responsible for the destination website and for ensuring that it remains lawful, accessible and consistent with the information submitted to ONLY4.

13. Intellectual Property and Licence to Display Materials

Unless otherwise stated, the ONLY4 name, branding, website design, software, text, graphics and other original materials belonging to ONLY4 are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Customers retain any rights they hold in the logos, images, descriptions and other materials they submit.

By submitting materials for publication, customers grant ONLY4 a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, resize, format and publicly display those materials as necessary to provide, maintain and promote the advertising service during the relevant advertising period and, where necessary, to maintain transaction records or comply with legal obligations.

Customers confirm that they have the rights and permissions necessary to grant this licence. The licence does not transfer ownership of the submitted materials to ONLY4.

14. Availability and Technical Limitations

ONLY4 makes reasonable efforts to keep the website and advertising services operational but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuous availability.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, hosting issues, technical failures, security measures, third-party services or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of ONLY4.

ONLY4 may carry out maintenance, updates or technical changes where reasonably necessary to operate or protect the platform.

Nothing in this section excludes any mandatory rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.

15. Limitation of Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and suitability of their advertisements and for the websites or other destinations to which their advertisements link.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ONLY4 is not responsible for commercial outcomes that depend on factors outside its reasonable control, including customer demand, visitor behaviour, search-engine visibility, third-party websites or the effectiveness of the advertised business.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including any liability that cannot legally be excluded for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or other circumstances protected by mandatory law.

16. Changes to the Platform and These Terms

ONLY4 may modify its website, layout, technical features, ranking presentation or operational procedures where reasonably necessary for technical, operational, security or legal reasons.

ONLY4 may change the price of bricks for future purchases. A price change does not, by itself, alter the price already paid for an existing purchase.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be published on the ONLY4 website, together with an updated date where appropriate.

Changes to these Terms do not retroactively remove mandatory rights relating to a purchase already completed. Where a change materially affects an existing contractual relationship, applicable legal requirements will be respected.

17. Requests to Remove a Company or Advertisement

To request the removal of a company, business or advertisement submitted to ONLY4, contact: salvatore.tribastone@gmail.com

The request should identify the company or advertisement concerned and should be sent from the email address associated with the relevant purchase, where possible.

If the request is submitted from a different email address, ONLY4 may request additional information to verify that the requester is authorised to request the removal.

These verification measures do not prevent any person from exercising applicable legal rights, including rights concerning personal data.

Removal of an advertisement at the customer's request does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.

18. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under the laws of the customer's country of residence.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions will be subject to the competent courts determined under applicable law. Where legally permitted, the courts of Ragusa, Italy, shall have jurisdiction.

Where a customer qualifies as a consumer, mandatory rules concerning consumer jurisdiction and consumer protection remain unaffected.

19. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Failure by ONLY4 to enforce a provision on a particular occasion does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

These Terms & Conditions, the information displayed before checkout and any applicable purchase-specific conditions govern the customer's use of the relevant ONLY4 advertising service, subject to mandatory legal requirements.
